Mark is the managing director of Action Engineering Limited and founded the company in 1991. In this time, he has managed most of the significant projects that the company has been involved with, and has shaped the business into its current form. His main specialty is the design, construction and commissioning of complex water and waste water treatment systems.
Allan joined Action in 1998, and became a shareholder and director in 2006. Allan is the Workshop Manager of our engineering shop, and oversees the daily operation of staff involved with industrial, transport and marine engineering services.
Dave joined Action in 1993, and became a shareholder and director in 1996. His main role is to manage large projects, and he also acts as a client manager to assist our long-term clients.
Samantha joined Action in 2009 after moving to New Zealand from Australia. Sam was integral to moving Action’s office from a paper-based to computer-based systems.
Jen joined the company in 2013 after moving from Auckland. She coordinates all Health and Safety requirements of the business and assists Mark with project management and manages the administrative team.
Kerry joined the company in 2014 and was promoted to Production Manager in 2017. He assists Allan with the effective management of the General workshop and manages major projects.
Guy’s role as the estimator, is interpreting plans, measuring and estimating. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor, holding a National Certificate in Quantity Surveying, along with comprehensive experience in building and civil construction, which strengthens his ability in the tendering process for the broad nature of work we undertake at Action Engineering.
Beth joined the company in December 2018 returning to her hometown after 6 years and is the first point of contact. Beth is in charge of all customer related queries.
